We ship to the US and Canada. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Is it safe for cats?

Yes! The soft silicone bristles are gentle enough for both dogs and cats of all sizes.

How do I clean the Paw Cleaner Pro?

Simply remove the silicone insert and rinse it under running water. The outer cup is also washable.

Yes, the SmartFeeder Pro app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

How do I set up the SmartFeeder Pro?

Download the PetNova app, connect the feeder to your home Wi-Fi (2.4GHz), and follow the in-app setup instructions. Setup takes less than 5 minutes.

What type of food can I use?

The SmartFeeder Pro works with dry kibble. We recommend pellets between 2–15mm in size for best results.

Can I use it for multiple pets?

The SmartFeeder Pro is designed for one pet at a time, but you can purchase multiple units and manage them all from the same app.
